This is an apple pie that I baked for my in-laws anniversary dinner on Sunday. I even carved out 'Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad' on it. (No, it isn't burnt, but my camera made it look that way. Stupid camera; its too fancy for my old brain to figure out) Sadly, it was so yummy that I didn't get seconds; not that I needed them.
Bert and Jackie celebrated their 53rd anniversary on Monday, and they are still very 'lovey dovey' even after all of that time.
Also, Happy 25th Birthday to my DIL Kerri.
